Part Time Admin Job Details:

Schedule: M-F, 20-25 hours between 8am-5pm (flexible)
Pay Rate: $18-$25/hour

Part Time Admin Job Description:

Process and manage invoices, timesheets, expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and check requests
Maintain project documentation, manage COIs, add companies to Deltek, and handle W9s, prequalifications, reps/certs, and billable job tasks
Oversee EZPass transponders, vehicle records and payments, accounts receivable for Hampton Roads, employee badging, and hotel reservations
Manage incoming mail, stock and reorder supplies, and maintain vehicle usage logs
Assist new hires with documentation, orientation, and general support

Part Time Admin Job Requirements:

Administrative Experience
Ability to be flexible with hours
Professional, good computer and communications skills
