Job Details for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm, M-F
- Hybrid Schedule
  - 4 Days in Office
  - 1 Day Work from Home
Pay: Competitive - Based on expereince - $24 - 26 / hr

Job Description for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

Handles outbound calls to customers to collect on past due payments.
Monitors accounts receivable summary for delinquency through related reports on a daily basis.
Initiates appropriate collection activity via past due notices, telephone, and email correspondence.
Initiates, tracks and maintains all records/files associated with collection activities for each account to include negotiated payment schedules, telephone call documentation and collection letters.

Qualifications for Accounts Receivable Specialist:

HS Diploma, College degree or coursework preferred.
At least 1+ years of corporate accounts receivable and/or business to business collections experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Successful completion of Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check
