Schedule: M-F 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 (depending on experience)

Payroll & Accounts Payable Specialist Job Description

Monitor & manage the Accounts Payable inbox for bills and statements
Oversee vendor accounts, including collecting W-9s, COIs, verifying payment terms and ensuring correct payment
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying timesheets, reconciling with ADP and ensuring accurate hours, wages and per diem
Coordinate with Sales & Operations to manage subcontractor agreements
Prepare 1099 forms for subcontractors and vendors at year-end

Payroll & Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Requirements:

Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and PowerPoint
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field ; associates degree or equivalent experience will be considered
1-3 years of experience in accounting with demonstrated expertise in accounts payable, payroll & vendor management
Experience with Corpay, ADP or similar financial software
