Accounting Clerk Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Accounting Clerk Job Description:

Invoice Processing: Open and match vendor invoices with purchase orders and receipts; enter invoices in Sage X3, ensuring proper discounts are applied.
Cash Disbursements: Handle weekly check processing, maintain vendor statements, and address vendor issues.
Freight Management: Review and reconcile freight invoices, pull backups for shipments, and resolve discrepancies.
Reporting: Generate and review AP aging reports weekly and ensure all invoices are entered for month-end close.
General AP Support: Respond to vendor requests, process non-inventory and freight invoices, and assist with resolving pricing or receipt variances.

Accounting Clerk Job Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting
- Strong math and problem solving ability
