We are currently hiring for a Temp, Executive Admin. Assistant in the Princeton, Nj area for an insurance company!
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am-4pm (Fully in office)
Salary: $25/hr
TEMP For someone who is out on medical leave(3-4 months)
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails and letters, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the President's behalf
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Managing the Chief Operating Officer’s calendar, including making and rescheduling appointments
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Coordinate filing and review of reports before submission
- Oversee collection and submission of grant reports in various local, state, and federal reporting systems
- Support Chief Operating Officer’s direct reports and leadership staff in timely submissions as needed
- Reconciles credit card for Chief Operating Officer on a monthly basis and submits appropriate documentation to finance department
- Acting as the point of contact and liaison among employees, clients
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years' experience in the administrative field with 5 years' experience working with C-Level executives
- Excellent Communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-initiative to complete tasks
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, performs additional duties as assigned
