What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management and meeting scheduling.
- Organize files and maintain easy access to critical information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage office supplies.
- Ensure smooth meeting preparation, from agendas to follow-ups.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and a strong customer service mindset.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong communication abilities.
- Experience in executive administrative support is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus!
