The Talent Coordinator manages the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates, conduct screenings, and schedule interviews.
- Post job ads on job boards and social media.
- Manage ATS and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Coordinate onboarding and handle offer letters.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide recruitment reports and stay updated on hiring trends.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in HR or 2+ years of recruiting/HR experience.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in ATS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office.
