Your Role:
As a Production Team Member, you will:
- Manufacture batches of intermediates and finished goods, following detailed batch sheets and SOPs.
- Load and unload production vessels while maintaining accurate production records.
- Operate forklifts to handle raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with safety programs, GMPs, and HACCP requirements.
- Monitor critical control points (CCPs) and perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to address production challenges.
- Report any food safety or quality issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ years in batch manufacturing or similar roles preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities, forklift proficiency, and basic math/reading skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warm production environment during the summer.
- Mindset: A safety-focused and detail-oriented team player ready to contribute to our mission.
Work Environment:
You’ll be part of a manufacturing and warehousing team producing food-grade products under a HACCP plan. This hands-on role ensures every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth!
