We are seeking a career-oriented, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in a legal office environment. This individual will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring an exceptional level of customer service while managing front desk and administrative responsibilities
Receptionist Overview:
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Dress Code: Business Professional
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all visitors and employees with professionalism and a welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls per established phone etiquette standards.
- Schedule and prepare conference rooms for meetings, including arranging necessary supplies, beverages, and video conferencing.
- Perform light clerical duties, including maintaining files, preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and updating daily activities via spreadsheets.
- Assist legal professionals (law partners, paralegals, and administrative assistants) with administrative tasks and value-added service
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills gained in a professional office environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Ability to walk throughout the office periodically and lift items up to 50 pounds.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Self-motivated and career-focused with a desire for growth.
