Position: Machine Operator/Chemical Operator
Temp to Hire Position! Long-Term Opportunity.
Schedule/Hours: 3pm to 1am Monday to Thursday

Responsibilities:
- Set up machinery according to production specifications and schedules.
- Operate machinery to produce high-quality products while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure smooth production flow.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery to keep it in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, downtime, and production output.
- Operate equipment independently and adhere to safety and quality protocols.
- Document all batch data and cleaning logs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of Production or Manufacturing experience
- Proficient math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift and move 50 lbs. and operate equipment.
