SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday 7AM - 3:30PM
CNC Operator Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures
- Prioritize orders based on due date or by what production scheduler assigns
- Perform quality inspection on parts and assemblies
- Perform tool changes and offsets
- Read drawings and bom’s
- Setup machine based on part setup sheets and training
- Measure parts according to print
- Allocate machined parts in correct locations
- Provide feedback to production manager on machine status
- Maintain constant contact with production scheduler for job duties and completed jobs
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Operation of pallet jack
- Operation of fork lift
CNC Operator Requirements:
- Previous CNC experience
- Machine operator experience
- Ability to read blueprints
- Forklift
- Adaptable to changing responsibilities
- Understanding of machining processes
