Job Details for Customer Service Representatives:
- Schedule: Fully in Office- Monday- Friday. 9:00 am-5:00pm (& Saturdays for 4 weeks between Black Friday & Christmas. 10am-2pm )
- Pay Rate: $19/hr
- Temp until end of year
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representatives:
- Provides account information to customers including but not limited to order status and information, histories, and changes to orders.
- Assists customers with inquiries and concerns about product and orders.
- Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Builds effective relationships and trust with customers and potential customers by listening to their needs and educating them about the companies products and services that are most appropriate to their situation.
- Responds effectively to customers with complaints and concerns by determining the reason and offering possible alternatives.
- Maintains knowledge of changes to product inventory, current sales promotions, catalogs and schedule of exhibitions and events at the companies location.
- Processes customer transactions including but not limited to selling and redeeming coupons, refunds, exchanges and replacements.
- Ensures all necessary information is accurate and included prior to completing transaction.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:
- 3+ years as customer service rep.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with using Email, Google Documents, Excel, Order Management Systems: Teamwork and Shopify, knowledge of Zendesk
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
