Billing Assistant Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm
- Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr
Billing Assistant Job Description:
- Sorting through driver envelopes for pertinent paperwork related to billing.
- Identifying, applying, and notifying customer accessorial fees via email, phone or web site.
- Matching and verifying receipts.
- Assisting billing department in a variety of functions.
Billing Assistant Job Requirements:
- Microsoft Email and Folder management – able to create folders, sort, and search emails for information.
- Data entry skills required.
- Ability to learn and work in our billing software and multiple customer-based programs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy is a must!
- Scanning and management of scans.
