You'll manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, while collaborating with leadership to ensure new hires thrive. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mentor and train employees through career development and feedback.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
- Manage staffing for direct hires and temps, ensuring efficient placement.
- Develop recruitment strategies to build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
- Oversee onboarding, collaborating with managers and HR for a smooth transition.
- Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires for successful integration and retention.
- Partner with hiring teams to create recruitment strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage recruitment costs within budget.
- Analyze HR data to improve talent acquisition.
- Maintain HRIS, job descriptions, and recruitment modules.
- Foster continuous learning and coaching for team members.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s in Education, HR, or related field preferred; or 4-7 years of HR and talent management experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, influence, and motivate teams; experience supervising staff.
- Analytical Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, negotiation, and project management.
- Recruitment: Skilled in collaborating with management to address recruiting needs.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; knowledge of HRIS systems, Paylocity preferred.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ethical, empathetic, and able to maintain confidentiality.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills, tailored to the audience.
- Language: Capable of reading, writing, and proofreading documents.
- Collaboration: Works well independently and in teams.
- Project Management: Manages multiple tasks and meets deadlines.
- Vision: Ability to read documents and view multiple screens.
