Position Title: Human Resources Director
* Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* Pay: $115K-125K/Year

Job Responsibilities & Description:
* Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel
* Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems.
* Administers the compensation program.
* Monitors the performance evaluation program
Job Requirements:
* Master's Degree and 3-5 years of HR Manager experience OR Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of HR Manager experience OR 2 years of HR Director experience
* 2 years of HR experience in banking preferred
