Key Responsibilities
- Contact qualified prospects who have expressed interest in vacation packages
- Explain promotions, travel options, and reservation opportunities
- Process deposits and complete reservations
- Accurately document customer interactions within a CRM system
- Meet booking, productivity, and quality goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the reservation process
Qualifications
- Previous sales, telemarketing, hospitality, customer service, or call center experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
- Goal-oriented with a desire to earn commission-based incentives
- Reliable attendance and ability to work onsite during evening hours
