Pay & Schedule
- Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
- Tuesday - Friday
- 9:00 AM until route completion
- Four-day work week
Job Responsibilities
- Meet transport drivers daily to receive customer orders arriving from the Concord area
- Load and organize products for delivery
- Deliver orders to customers throughout the Asheville market
- Verify deliveries and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide outstanding customer service at each delivery stop
- Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
- Ensure products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
- Maintain a clean and professional vehicle appearance
Requirements
- Must currently reside in the Asheville, NC area
- Minimum 1 year of proven delivery driving experience
- Delivery experience must be in a professional route delivery environment
- Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other gig delivery experience will not be considered
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Stable work history
- Ability to work independently and manage a delivery route efficiently
- Ability to load, unload, and move products throughout the day
