A growing door manufacturing company is seeking a CNC Casing Operator to operate a Northfield 1130 CNC automatic casing saw. This role is responsible for accurately cutting door casing material while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor a Northfield 1130 CNC automatic casing saw
Load materials and verify measurements prior to cutting
Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
Prior CNC or industrial saw operation experience preferred
Ability to read measurements and follow production specifications
Attention to detail and consistency
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced production environment
Schedule: Full-time, first shift (or specify if different)
