Shipping Lead
Location: Lansdale, PA
Shift: First Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00-$21.00/hour
Responsibilities
Oversee daily shipping operations and help prioritize workload.
Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other material handling equipment.
Verify shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping area.
Cross-train in additional warehouse and production functions as needed.
Qualifications
Previous shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience required.
Prior forklift experience preferred.
Leadership or lead experience is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to cross-train and assist in multiple departments.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
