Milling Operator
Location: Horsham, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20-$35/hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities
Set up and operate vertical milling machines according to production specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed.
Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot basic machining and equipment issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety procedures and quality requirements.
Qualifications
2-5 years of vertical mill set-up and machining experience.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and professional attitude.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
