- Work a consistent Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-1:00am schedule with occasional Friday overtime.

Responsibilities
- Assist lead operators with laminating machine operations, material setup, inspections, changeovers, and production support.
- Monitor product quality, identify defective materials, maintain production records, and help minimize waste.
- Perform housekeeping tasks, support safe manufacturing practices, and work closely with operators to meet production schedules and efficiency goals.

Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required; experience with laminating, coating, or web-feeding equipment is a plus.
- Forklift experience, strong math skills, and the ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, occasionally perform heavy lifting with team assistance and hoists, maintain excellent attendance, and pass a basic math assessment.
