PeopleShare is currently hiring Warehouse Production Associates for a fast growing manufacturing company in the Martinsburg area.
This position combines warehouse responsibilities such as packaging, palletizing, loading/unloading, inventory movement, and material handling with production support duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Warehouse Production Associate Job Details:
Schedule: 12 hour 2-2-3 schedule - 7:00pm-7:00am
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour (Weekly Pay)
Location: Martinsburg, WV
Job Responsibilities for Warehouse Production Associate:
- Package and palletize finished products
- Load and unload materials and shipments
- Move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility
- Transport products using pallet jacks and warehouse equipment
- Scan and track inventory using barcode systems
- Organize products within warehouse storage areas
- Supply production lines with raw materials
- Pour materials into machine hoppers as directed
- Assist machine operators during production runs
- Perform quality inspections on products and packaging
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse and production areas
- Follow production schedules and work instructions
- Observe all safety policies and PPE requirements
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
Job Qualifications for Warehouse Production Associate:
- Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor preferred
- Experience with palletizing, packaging, shipping, receiving, or material handling is a plus
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
