Job Title: Receptionist
Schedule: 8AM to 4:30PM Mon-Friday
Lunchbreak: 1/2 HR Lunch, 1-10 min Break, 1-15 min Break
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome visitors, employees, and applicants upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate destination within the company.
- Phone Management: Answer and manage calls for the Personnel Department, directing them to the appropriate person or taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Administrative Support: Assist the VP Secretary with various projects or tasks as needed, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Daily Call-Off Notifications: Notify the relevant plants of daily employee call-offs to ensure smooth operations.
- Data Entry: Enter and update applicant information in the HRIS (Personnel Management System) accurately and efficiently.
- Clerical Duties: Perform additional clerical tasks, including typing, filing, and other administrative duties as required.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain responsibility for the quality of work produced, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as requested by management to support the overall success of the department.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS or other personnel management systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of people.
