Job Details:
- Position: Packer
- Schedule:
- 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Pay Rate: $17.50/hr with opportunities for 1.5x overtime (overtime required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Machine Operation & Quality Control: As a Packer, you'll operate corrugators and other machinery as necessary, ensuring that products meet specified layout and quality standards. You'll also learn to read corrugator lineups and make necessary adjustments to maintain production efficiency.
- Production & Maintenance: Adhere to the production schedule, comply with company policies, and turn in maintenance work orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Stacking & Packaging: Perform stacking duties as required and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Skills: Ability to read a tape measure, perform basic math, and understand product specifications.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and wear PPE, including steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and ear plugs.
