Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM until work is completed (typically 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, occasionally later based on workload)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Processor to join a fast-paced food production environment. In this role, you will help prepare fresh-cut vegetables and produce for customer orders by cutting, packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process fresh-cut produce and food products according to customer orders
- Cut, package, label, and prepare products for shipment
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and sanitized processing area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet productivity goals and deadlines
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math and arithmetic skills
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to regularly lift up to 80 lbs. (up to 100 lbs. at times)
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Comfortable working with sharp cutting tools
