PeopleShare is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Quality Control Associate for a leading distribution and manufacturing facility in Woodridge, IL. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, inspecting products, maintaining quality standards, and supporting warehouse operations.

Job Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Quality Control Associate, you will help ensure products meet company quality standards while supporting order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
Responsibilities Include:
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and damage
- Review and process returned merchandise
- Document inspection findings and identify quality concerns
- Investigate product issues and support resolution efforts
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders as needed
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
- Communicate findings and updates with internal teams
- Operate hand tools safely when needed for product inspection or assembly
- Support multiple warehouse departments as business needs require
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company quality and safety procedures
Qualifications
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years of warehouse, quality control, inventory, or inspection experience
- Experience identifying product defects and quality issues
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the workday
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Experience using RF scanners preferred
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
