*Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-8pm
*Pay Rate: $17/hr
*This position is in an office setting
Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:
- Communicate with various consumers via phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions about products and provide assistance with troubleshooting
- Perform data entry
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to type 40+ WPM
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills
