PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a leading technology and logistics organization in Nashville, TN. We are hiring a Forklift Operator.
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:30AM-3:00PM
Pay Rate: $17.50-$18.00/hr
Forklift Operator Summary:
- Operate forklifts and powered warehouse equipment.
- Support receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.
- Process materials using RF scanners and WMS systems.
- Verify inventory accuracy and shipment documentation.
- Maintain warehouse safety and compliance standards.
- Assist with order fulfillment and material movement.
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate reach trucks, dock stockers, and forklifts safely.
- Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments.
- Pick, stage, and prepare outbound orders.
- Utilize RF scanners to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Perform equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Support shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous forklift certification and operating experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
- Experience with RF scanners and inventory systems.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
