We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent service and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
💲 Pay & Schedule
- $18.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends!
🌿 What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Accurately enter and process customer orders
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and product availability
- Partner with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to ensure orders are fulfilled smoothly and on time
- Handle returns, credits, and customer inquiries professionally
- Build positive relationships with customers while providing solutions and support
✅ What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service experience required
- Distribution, wholesale, or inventory-related experience is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ERP system experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
