Job Details for Bilingual Call Center Coordinator:
- Schedule: 3, 13-hour shifts per week; nights & weekends required (rotation of both)
- Pay: $17-$18/hr
- Temp to Perm
- Bilingual ( Spanish OR Arabic)
Job Responsibilities for Bilingual Call Center Coordinator:
- This role is responsible for the accurate coordination of case management for all assistance requests by conducting research, providing assistance, and documenting case notes in accordance with Quality and Customer Service standards
- The Company is 24-hour-a-day, 365-day-a-year Operations Centers are staffed by experienced, knowledgeable, multilingual emergency certified medical and assistance professionals
- Respond to travel related inquiries in support of the companies services
- Receives non-emergency and emergency requests for companies services; obtains relevant information and inputs data; evaluates and prioritizes calls for services; acts as the first point of contact for clients over the phone; escalates as necessary
- Document all case management-related information using Case Management Software (CMS)
- Performs data entry, maintains files and reference manuals; and performs other clerical duties;
- Provide liaison service to members, clients, and providers
Job Requirements for Bilingual Call Center Coordinator:
- 2-3 years of experience in the Customer Service and/or Assistance industry or an equivalent combination of education and experience; skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to this position
- Spanish OR Arabic speaking HEAVILY preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills required
- Candidates must have the ability to speak, listen, and write in a professional manner
- Command of time management and organizational skills
