Our office is seeking Production Forklift Operators in Easton, PA!
Job Details:
- Pay Rate: $18
- Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Training Period (First 90 Days)
- Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
After Training Completion
- Rotating schedule of 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
- Week 1: 3 scheduled workdays (36 hours)
- Week 2: 4 scheduled workdays (48 hours including over-time)
- Alternating 3-day/4-day schedule provides every other week with built-in overtime opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to safely move drums, bags, totes, and production materials.
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Handle industrial chemicals and powders while wearing required PPE.
- Perform basic repairs, equipment upkeep, and general facility maintenance.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
- Keep warehouse and production areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Support production, shipping, receiving, and inventory activities as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior forklift experience required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Mechanically inclined with basic repair and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Comfortable working with industrial chemicals and required PPE.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
