Shipper / Warehouse Associate
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st Shift
Job Type: Full-Time
Temporary: Minimum 90 days.
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Shipper / Warehouse Associate to join a busy shipping department. This position is responsible for preparing products for shipment, maintaining shipping records, loading and unloading trucks, and supporting overall warehouse operations. No prior shipping experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their skills in a warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Package products according to detailed shipping instructions
Prepare shipping documentation and paperwork
Load and unload delivery trucks
Maintain accurate shipping records
Move materials throughout the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support general warehouse and shipping department operations as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
Forklift experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in a warehouse environment around equipment and machinery
