PeopleShare is seeking experienced Licensed Sales Medicare Agents for a fully remote outbound‑calling position. You will be assisting Medicare‑eligible individuals with plan options, and complete enrollments across multiple Medicare product lines.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to Medicare‑eligible customers
Educate clients on Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Dual SNP, and AvanteU
Assist customers through enrollment and policy selection
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards
Meet productivity and sales goals
Deliver high‑quality customer service in a remote environment
Training:
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Pay: $18.50/hr during training
After training → $20/hr base + $25 per policy
Base pay is weekly; commission paid monthly
Work Schedules (3 Shifts):
1st Shift: 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM EST
2nd Shift: 11:15 AM – 8:00 PM EST
3rd Shift: 2:15 PM – 11:00 PM EST
Supplemental hours available but limited
Requirements:
1+ years of experience in Medicare sales, health insurance sales, or senior‑market outbound calling
Active state insurance license (Life & Health)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets
Reliable remote work setup
Ability to work Monday–Friday on assigned shift
