On-Site Supervisor Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $50,000–$60,000
On-Site Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, staffing company, and contingent workforce employees
- Oversee daily workforce operations, including staffing levels, attendance, performance, and employee engagement
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientations, and ongoing workforce support
- Partner with recruiting teams to fill open positions and maintain adequate staffing levels
- Build strong relationships with client leadership and ensure workforce solutions align with operational needs
- Address employee concerns, resolve workplace issues, and implement retention strategies
- Monitor workforce metrics, prepare reports, and track key performance indicators including attendance, turnover, productivity, and fill rates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and workplace safety standards
- Conduct safety audits, assist with incident investigations, and support workers' compensation processes
- Provide coaching and performance feedback while collaborating with client management to address performance concerns
On-Site Supervisor Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in staffing, workforce management, human resources, operations, or a related field
- Experience managing high-volume contingent or temporary workforces preferred
- Previous customer service and client relationship management experience required
- Strong leadership, employee engagement, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and staffing or HRIS systems
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to interpret workforce data and develop action plans to improve performance and retention
