We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone with previous production experience and strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Trenton, NJ
Shift: M-F; 2pm-10pm (Train on 1st shift 6am - 2pm)
Pay rate: $20/hr
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist press operators with machine changeovers
Perform general utility duties to support production flow
Handle raw materials, load/unload materials, and maintain inventory
Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Support operators and supervisors with additional tasks as needed
Must be comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs regularly
Top Technical Skills
Previous production or manufacturing experience
Strong mechanical aptitude
Press machine experience (preferred but not required)

Highly reliable with consistent attendance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work safely
