Hiring Sanitation Workers - 2nd Shift (Aberdeen, MD)
Pay: $19.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
We're hiring a 2nd Shift Sanitation Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse facility in Aberdeen, MD. The Sanitation Worker is responsible for completing daily cleaning and sanitation tasks throughout warehouse, office, and exterior areas. Job Responsibilities:
- Clean restrooms, breakrooms, and office areas.
- Sweep and scrub warehouse floors using cleaning equipment.
- Empty trash containers and maintain exterior walkways.
- Clean windows, walls, racks, and guard rails.
- Complete sanitation tasks according to the facility schedule.
- Assist with light maintenance duties, including painting.
- Support additional facility needs as assigned.
What qualifies you for the Sanitiation Worker role:
- Reliable and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with scrubbers, sweepers, or similar equipment is a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
- Forklift training may be available and required based on business needs.
