A large, well‑established logistics and distribution facility in DeKalb, IL is hiring a Temp‑to‑Hire Yard Spotter for day shift. This site supports high‑volume warehousing, transportation coordination, and trailer movement across a busy yard.

Monday–Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$22 per hour
Responsibilities
Safely move and position trailers throughout the yard
Coordinate trailer flow with warehouse and dock teams
Perform basic equipment inspections and report issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard environment
Support dock operations when needed
Follow all safety procedures and yard protocols
Requirements
Sit‑down forklift experience (preferred)
Yard spotter or trailer‑moving experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast‑paced logistics environment
Strong communication and safety awareness
Reliable and ready for long‑term employment
