Production Associate Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
- Starting Pay Rate: $18/hr
- Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
- Location: Easton, PA
Production Associate Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor rack or reel-to-reel electroplating lines to ensure consistent production
- Handle and maintain chemical plating baths, monitoring concentrations, temperature, and pH levels to meet specifications
- Rack and unrack metal components carefully to prevent damage to delicate or precision parts
- Inspect finished products and perform quality checks, including measuring plating thickness and adhesion using gauges, calipers, and micrometers
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE when working with chemicals and hazardous materials
- Perform routine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance on equipment and work areas
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure all work meets strict industry and quality standards
Production Associate Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, plating, assembly, or a related production environment preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict quality and safety standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
