Shipping & Receiving Clerk Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM
- Pay Rate: $17/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Responsibilities:
- Complete and maintain bills of lading, receiving logs, packing lists, and other documentation with accuracy
- Update ERP or warehouse systems with incoming materials, inventory counts, and shipment details
- Communicate with carriers, production teams, and supervisors to coordinate pickups and shipments
- Verify incoming goods against purchase orders, label materials, and route to proper locations
- Assist on the production floor with packaging, wrapping, palletizing, and staging finished products as needed
- Maintain clean, organized, and audit‑ready documentation and staging areas
- Report damaged goods, discrepancies, or issues to appropriate teams for resolution
Shipping & Receiving Clerk Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn ERP or warehouse systems
- Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred
- Ability to assist with packaging and production tasks as needed
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
