Plant Administrator Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Plant Administrator Responsibilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to HR and Operations teams
- Coordinate interviews, including scheduling and candidate communication
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy of employee records
- Enter and manage purchase orders within company systems
- Maintain and update digital signage communications within the facility
- Perform data entry and create basic reports, charts, and spreadsheets using Excel
- Support general office operations and assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
Plant Administrator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous administrative, HR support, or office experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, professional, and able to handle confidential information
