Quality Control Job Details:
Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
- 2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
Pay Rate: $19.23 - $22.11
Quality Control Job Description:
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of products using standard measuring equipment (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
- Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records
- Identify, report, and assist in resolving product defects or non-conformances
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
- Assist with audits, process checks, and continuous improvement initiatives
Quality Control Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or quality-related certification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment (preferred)
- Experience using inspection tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
