Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers
- Assist with order fulfillment for external clients
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory as needed
- Pack food items and prepare orders for pickup/delivery
- Handle invoices, checks, and documentation accurately
- Print labels and process orders using internal systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store areas
Requirements
- 1+ year of retail experience (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Comfortable using computer systems and basic technology
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold/freezer environments
- Ability to lift and move product as needed
