This is a hands-on manufacturing role for individuals who enjoy building products, working with tools, and being part of a team-focused work environment.
Solderer / Assembler Job Details:
Location: Mansfield, OH
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift 6:00am - 2:30pm
- 3rd Shift 9:30pm - 6:00am
Pay Rates:
- 1st Shift: $18/hr
- 3rd Shift: $19.80/hr

Solderer / Assembler Job Description:
- Assemble small electrical parts and products
- Solder components using hand tools and soldering equipment
- Follow basic instructions or drawings
- Check finished work to ensure quality
- Label, finish, and package products
- Prepare items for shipping
- Work as part of a team and assist with training when needed
Solderer / Assembler Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Soldering experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to use hand tools and soldering tools
- Ability to follow instructions and work carefully
- Must be eligible to work under ITAR requirements
