Equipment Operator Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2PM – 10PM
- Pay Rate: $22/hour
- Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate material handling equipment including reach trucks, cherry pickers, sit-down forklifts, clamp trucks, and electric pallet jacks
- Store and retrieve products from various warehouse and distribution center locations
- Load production materials, move cases onto belts or pallets, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
- Depalletize and organize products to support accurate and efficient shipping
- Use scanners, touchpads, and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and maintain inventory accuracy
- Perform quality checks and process damaged merchandise appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness of production lines and work areas in accordance with sanitation standards
- Follow all SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational procedures in a fast-paced environment
Equipment Operator Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift and electric pallet jack (EPJ) experience required
- Experience operating warehouse equipment in a production or distribution environment
- Comfortable working at heights up to 40 feet
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
- Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse management systems
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
