Executive Legal Assistant
Atlanta, GA | Hybrid
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE
Our client, a respected and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Executive Legal Assistant to support the firm's Managing Partner and a team of 2-6 attorneys.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted business partner to firm leadership and play a meaningful role in the success of the practice.

What You'll Do
As the Managing Partner's trusted right hand, you'll play a key role in keeping the practice organized, efficient, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities include:
Managing complex calendars, deadlines, and multi-time-zone scheduling
Coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
Serving as a liaison between attorneys, clients, firm leadership, and outside vendors
Preparing agendas, presentations, research materials, and due diligence packets
Drafting, editing, and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Supporting corporate and litigation matters, including UCC searches, e-filings, minute books, deposition scheduling, estate account files, messenger services, and closing binders
Managing matter openings, attorney timesheets, expenses, contact lists, and client records
Maintaining organized digital and physical files
Tracking action items and ensuring important deadlines and deliverables stay on track
Coordinating with internal teams, including IT, Travel, and Office Services
Representing the attorneys and firm with professionalism, discretion, and excellent client service
Providing occasional after-hours support when business needs require
What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will bring:
5+ years of Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment
Experience supporting senior leadership, managing partners, attorneys, or executive-level professionals
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
A proactive approach and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise
Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A high level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, and legal document management systems
Experience with platforms such as iManage, NetDocuments, Intapp, Elite, or Aderant is a plus
