Distribution Center Quality Assurance Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: Up to $23.00 per hour
Location: Westampton, NJ
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Distribution Center Quality Assurance Coordinator to support and oversee Prepack and Rollout projects within a fast‑paced distribution center environment. This role ensures projects are executed accurately, on time, and in alignment with quality and shipping requirements through strong coordination, communication, and system expertise.
This position is highly ERP‑driven and requires exceptional computer skills, strong project coordination ability, and the confidence to communicate professionally across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between VAS Coordinators, Warehouse Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Care, and internal partners.
- Review and verify Prepack and Rollout orders, stock transfers, and special‑order receipts.
- Ensure all shipment requirements are met (labeling, pallet height, dock access, etc.).
- Audit the quality and accuracy of high‑profile and international shipments.
- Track project progress using calendars, checklists, whiteboards, and internal tools.
- Coordinate delivery instructions and monitor shipment status with carriers.
- Create, verify, and manage shipments, group waves, and packing accuracy within ERP systems (SAP).
- Prepare and validate shipping documentation including Bills of Lading, invoices, and pallet IDs.
- Obtain freight rates and complete shipment cost documentation.
- Support the VAS team with invoicing and resolve related inquiries.
- Escalate issues as necessary and keep leadership informed of project status.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of relevant experience
OR - High School diploma or GED plus 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Preferred
- Experience working with SAP
- Background in distribution center or warehouse operations
