Human Resources Coordinator
Pay rates will range from $23 to $25/hr
Location: On-site – Lewisville, TX 75056
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Interviews: 1st round via Microsoft Teams; 2nd round in-person
About the Role
We are seeking an organized, people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations and help create an environment where associates feel welcomed, supported, and engaged. This entry to mid-level role provides hands-on experience across multiple HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, reporting, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and orientation sessions for 5–10 new hires at a time
- Support core HR operations: onboarding, exit interviews, leave management, unemployment claims, and OSHA reporting
- Assist hiring managers and Talent Acquisition with staffing needs
- Partner with the HR Business Partner to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Help administer engagement and retention programs
- Provide customer service support for HR initiatives and inquiries
- Maintain compliance programs and assist with audits
- Create and distribute memos, presentations, spreadsheets, and surveys
- Track and analyze HR data; consolidate and follow up on information
- Provide administrative support for meetings, conference calls, and webinars
- Assist with payroll administration, including final payroll processing
- Perform additional duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; HR degree or HR certificate preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist, Recruitment, or Employee Relations (or equivalent mix of education/experience)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Experience with payroll processing and HR-related documentation
- Ability to interpret policies and basic employment laws
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior payroll experience
- Degree in HR or related field
- Experience with headcount reporting
