Legal Receptionist Job Description:
- Meet and greet all visitors and employees to the firm, providing them a professional welcome.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls made to the firm, by following firm phone etiquette expectations and ensuring communication at a professional level.
- Scheduling meeting rooms, ensuring that each conference room has the necessary supplies prior to the client meeting times.
- Performs light hospitality, when necessary, coffee, water, order food, drinks. Provides light housekeeping duties, maintaining an organized workspace.. Performs light clerical/admin assistant duties.
Legal Receptionist Job Requirements:
- Experience in a Law Firm environment is a plus but not needed
Customer service background is needed. - Prior experience/ knowledge of Microsoft office/Outlook is a requirement. MS Office Suite experience, specifically Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent customer service skills and detail oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated organizational and communications skills.
- Proactive, friendly, professional and positive attitude.
