Fabrication Technician (Machine Shop & Metal Fabrication)

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
$21.00-$23.00 per Hour
Fabrication Technician Responsibilities
Operate fabrication and machine shop equipment
Cut, drill, grind, and prepare metal components for production
Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, drawings, and shop instructions
Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy
Inspect finished parts for quality, dimensions, and workmanship
Support assembly and production departments as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety standards and manufacturing procedures
Qualifications for the Fabrication Technician Role
Previous fabrication, machine shop, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
Ability to read a tape measure accurately
Experience working from blueprints, drawings, or specifications
Comfortable using hand tools and power tools daily
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
