About the Role
A warehouse facility in Worcester, MA is seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support daily production and warehouse operations. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, staying active, and contributing to a team‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general labor tasks throughout the warehouse and production areas
Assist with loading, unloading, staging, and moving materials
Support production lines with packing, sorting, and basic assembly tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Assist with basic inventory tasks and material handling as needed
Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily goals
Qualifications
Previous warehouse, production, or general labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast‑paced environment
Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to learn
